We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely financial support for a dynamic aviation operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process client invoices accurately and efficiently.


• Review flight activity, trip expenses, fuel charges, catering, and other operational costs for billing purposes.


• Reconcile billing discrepancies and investigate variances.


• Coordinate with Flight Operations, Accounting, Charter Sales, and Aircraft Management teams to ensure accurate billing data.


• Maintain billing records and supporting documentation.


• Respond to client and internal billing inquiries in a professional and timely manner.


• Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and payment tracking.


• Support month-end closing and reporting activities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, accounting, or related administrative experience.


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Quicbooks.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
